One friend is all you need in life to stay by your side, share your problems and happiness.

People who look like they have lots of friends rarely have a 'good; valuable friend. They are merely aquaintences and they all end up back stabbing eachother anyway. You never know who to trust. The more 'friends' one has - the more hassle. You end up being roped into things you dont want to do..etc. You have more freedom with one friend.

One very good trusting friend is far better than a million aquaintences.

Your not weird by any means.

Most people may have many, many, 'Mate's': people they have a laugh and a joke with, go for meals or drinks with etc...

But when it comes to: 'True Friends', people they share their lives, and innermost thoughts and secrets with: they can most likely count them on the fingers of one hand!!

Mates are plentiful: especially on pay-day or when your in the chair at the local!!

True Friends however are few and far between: and should be loved and cherished if luckily enough to be found!!

God bless.

One best friend = 100000000000000000000000000 friends and
1000000000000000000000000000000000000 acquaintances
Roughly!
I have learnt that being your own best friend rather than being your own worst enemy (because I was my harshest critic)
Is worth = 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000 …………………………………………infinity
Believing in yourself means never needing the validation of friends to be there but one best one is the best thing in the world

Right, sorry for being nosey but I just looked over your q&a, and had a read-through, and I hope you don't mind me suggesting you have feelings for Aidan that you don't know quite what to do with. Love, it's a lovely lovely thing! If I were you, I'd fall into it. Good luck!!! :)

i'd say you are weird what if you fall out with that person then you've got no one else to hang out with.
or you could get bored of each others company,
i bet your friend has other mates and hangs out with them as some stage.

just as long as that one friend is the bestest friend in the world to you, and you are to him/her, then it's cool.
