I certainly don't need names or details..just the broad strokes. Has anyone ever discovered that their father wasn't a traveling salesman but a CIA agent for example. I recently had a friend tell me that his father-in-law..on his death bed told them that he had worked for Britsh MI6 during WWII and then on the CIA MK ULTRA during the 50's and 60's. Most of the work has long since, to some extent been made public. He told my friend he felt obligated to never discuss it. He didn't tell of any dark and horrific deeds..just involvement with programs. He also linked himself to some very high profile (in later years) people and places.

Any similar stories out there??
