WELL I SHOULD KNOW MY HAIR COLOR IS THE SAME SO IS MY SKIN AND EYE COLOR,
RED AND GREEN ARE BEST. BUT IF YOU PERFER YOU COULD HAVE PURPLE.

greens and blues... It will bring out your eyes and not your skin tones. Me and my sister are both naturally pale and I think silver OR white gold looks better than yellow gold accessories (jewelry). When I have a tan I can pull off the yellow gold better. Bright White is actually another good color for you, because it will make you appear darker, like black will make you look lighter, but avoid off whites and tan colors they will just wash you out! Ok. i have very light skin if by fair thats what you mean...having a blank out moment here. but and i have light brown hair but not green eyes. i have to wear all straight out natural colors. like i can wear blue but not sky blue. i can wear magenta or hot pink, but not light pink, and i can wear purple but not iris or anything. if the color if tempered with or light...it makes me look even worse. and green eyes stear towards turquoise green blue yellow groups. and idk what your skin cloor is like but thats what i have to do.

Lilac, aqua, blue-toned reds, royal blue (almost purple), white, light pink, baby blue, and blue-toned blacks. Blue-toned means that there is more blue than yellow in the color.
If you wear makeup, try plum lipstick, brown or raisin eyeshadow, plum blusher, purple eyeliner and black-brown mascara.
Wear silver or white gold instead of yellow gold as it can wash out your skin tone.
