Yes. I hope you can understand these instructions.

To play you will need one deck of cards for each player plus one extra deck. Remove the jokers. The cards are worth:
Aces - 20 points
2's - 20 points
3 - 9 5 points
10 - K 10 points
The 2's are Wild (any number)
BLACK 3's 5 points
RED 3's -300 points

Pick someone to keep the score.

The score -------- 0 - 1000 you need 50 points to lay down.
The score ----1000 - 2000 you need 100 points to lay down.
The score ----2000 and up you need 150 points to lay down
.
The game is over when one person or set of partners reaches 5000 or more points.

If the players are playing against each other deal 2 sets of 13 cards to each player. If you are playing partners (2 players on each team) deal 2 sets of 11 cards. The cards are dealt face down and the last card is turned face up. The rest of the cards are turned face down in the middle of the table. Each person gets 2 sets of cards. You pick up 1 set and that is your hand. The other set is your foot. Put your sets (the same number) together. To play you draw 2 cards from the stack in the middle of the table. To play your cards you need to get 50 points. You cannot use any 3's to make sets. You need at least 3 of the same number to make a set. The 2's are any number that you need. After you have played, even if you did not lay down any cards you must discard 1 card. HINT:(since the red 3's are -300 points always discard them first). You cannot pickup any discards when it is your turn. If you are playing partners after one of the partners lays down the other partner can play his or her cards. When you have at least 7 cards of the same number in a set on the table stack them up. You can have up to 3 2's on a stack. If you did not use a 2 to make your set you have a "clean set". Put a red card of that number on top of the stack. That is worth +300 points. If you used at least one 2 to make your set put a black card of that number on top. That is worth +100 points. After you have played all of the cards in your "hand" you can pick up and start playing your "foot". If your discard was the last card in your "hand" say "foot next time". Pick up your "foot" and start putting your sets together. If you play your last card in your "hand" onto one of you stacks say "automatic or foot automatic" and pick up your "foot" and continue to play. To go out you must have at least one "clean" (no 2's in the stack). The person or partners to go out gets an additional +100 points. Each stack with a black card on top is +100 points. Each stack with a red card on top is worth + 300 points. Any unplayed cards in your hand counts against you. Remember: RED 3' are -300 points.
When you are playing partners only one of the partners needs to keep the cards.

After you play it a few times you will really begin to understand the game.
