Research the company. Know the names of the divisions and of the ceo, cfo, cio, etc. Also know what the company's been up to lately - stock price, mergers, new products, lawsuits, etc.
Read up on recent developments in your field.
Read your own resume and be ready to elaborate on every word of it.
Prepare answers for the standard questions - your background, your strengths & weknesses, what motivates you, how you deal with stress, etc.
Prepare a couple of questions for them regarding the company and the job description.
Get a good night's sleep.
Keep telling yourself that you don't need this job... you're trying to find out if it would be a fun place to work.
