If you buy a designer bag in a different country, is it cheaper? By how much?

If you buy a Louis Vuitton bag (or any designer bag) in a different country other than the US, would it be cheaper when converted to US dollars? By how much?

it's actually cheaper in the u.s., it's very expensive in europe by about one and a half times the price we pay.

Most items like this that come from other countries are no where near as good as quality thats why it is sold for less. And buying it say online or on the street in another country you are going to get a FAKE... so of course its cheaper.. Only way to get quality Real products is by going to the store yourself and spending the money! Other wise you are getting a fake or outlet store quality product....

If it was real than no but it if it's fake/ knock-off than it would be dramatically cheaper. In fact it would probably be more expensive since the U.S. dollar exchange rates are low nowadays.

well it depends what country the bag originated in (no neccesarly made...) if you get an american designer bag in europe, it will be more expensive because of taxes- you know, from importing and stuff, they need to make a profit

It is more expensive than in the US. I went to China looking for one. When i was there, someone also tried to sell me a fake one and told me it was real. it's too great of a risk

probably not because the US dollar is worth less in most countries and then shipping would probably be more too...
