I think the only thing besides ensuring good nutrition would be to take Growth Hormone.

Human Growth Hormone treatments, weight lifting to stimulate bone and muscles growth. Balanced diet and make sure to get as much sleep as possible. Pretty much staying active and fit are the only things you can do minus the genetic factor.

you are very concerned about your height, this is the second height question i've seen you ask. i'm 9th tallest girl in my junior school of 194, and both my parents are short, but my mother's parents are tall, so check out ur grandparents heights. also drinking milk or taking a calcium supplement can help. but calcium isn't effective unless you have vitamin d. You get vitamin from the sun, it is recommended to have 10 minutes of unobscured sunlight a day. so stop slathering on so much sunblock, unless you intend to be out all day, then you could get skin cancer if you don't.

I'm not sure, but I think height is one of those pre-disposed genetics.

But I think Basketball and Swimming might help

I think it's genetic, but drinking plenty of milk would help you reach your genetic potential.
