Yes. I cheated on my ex-partner. He accused me of cheating on him for years without any reason at all. He made me crazy with doubting my own sanity at times. He scared me shitless with his constant screaming accusations. And none of it was ever true, ever. Finally I decided that if he wanted me to have an affair so much, then I would give him what he wanted. I thought that might please him - finally, his accusations would be true and he would finally be right. Anyway, the truth I kept telling him didn't make him stop yelling at me, so I figured, perhaps a lie would make him stop. So I had an affair.
Then I got my head together and left him. And the partner I have now? Never, ever. Not a shadow of a chance in the world. Not even after I'm dead.

My ex wife cheated on me. I could never do it today because I wouldn't want to make anyone else feel like I did when I found out. It's a life changing event.
