Speak to your friend again. This is physical abuse. IF she chooses not to listen speak to her parents, or another trusted adult. This has to stop NOW.

She's right... it is her life BUT if you two are friends than you have the right to be concerned when she's in an abusive relationship. I think you should defininately talk to her about it. Just tell her that you realize she cares about this guy but she doesn't deserve to be hit. If she doesn't listen, talk to an adult.. maybe her parents? You should definitely try to stop your friend from getting hurt. She may be mad at you, she might even stop talking to you for a while but just keep in mind that you did the right thing and eventually she'll realize that you were just helping her. Well I hope I helped! Good luck!

this is how you approach it. Tell her that you don't think that he should be hitting her, and that he isn't any good for her. Tell her that if he hits her agian, you are going to tell her parents or the cops. School is starting soon tell her that if she doesn't want to talk to her parents then tell her to go to a councilor, or to a womens shelter to get some counciling. What he is doing to her is not ok, and as a friend you have to tell her what is on your mind. My friend did and because of it I am alive today.

My husband is positive that I honestly have male acquaintances I do shows with, am on committees with, are thinking initiatives with... yet when I were to construct my social existence round male acquaintances then i'm particular he'd take THEM aside for a verbal replace. Your perfect male pal, for an fantastically good marriage, fairly must be your husband. ending the friendships might want to no longer be required yet they possibly do favor to regulate. in case your husband in actuality wonders why you "ought to fulfill with *** and with the different guy acquaintances, perchance it truly is time you puzzled a similar aspect. 8 years right into a wedding ceremony.. your husband is amazingly affected man or woman if he's put in the placement of competing with male severe college associates for the placement of being your perfect pal!

You are right to be concerned about your friend. Unfortunately, most girls will not leave an abusive partner. This is important enough that you should tell her what he is doing is wrong, even it ruins your friendship. Know that ultimately your friend has to make her own decisions (and mistakes).

you should definitely tell her to leave - he's abusing her this early, what happens later on?

and, you'd be a good friend for doing so. Good friends - real friends - are the ones that are brave enough to say those things that person doesn't really want to hear.

go to her parents ...even if she gets mad at you ..in time she will realize you did it for her own good and she WILL forgive you and realize you did the right thing...........if your not comfortable with going to her parents then go to your counselor at school..a teacher any adult at all that will listen and keep on going to them or the next one until they do listen ....sounds like she isnt strong enough to stand up for herself right now so she is in need of a "true friend" to do it .....do yourself and her a favor and be that friend . get off the computer and do it now
