the photos have to be allowed to be private and i have to be allowed to invite other ppl to get the photos and i have to be able to delete the photos that they add and its gotta be for free

Films? That's not photosharing. Use YouTube for that.
As I read your post, I see you want something so that not only YOU but other people can upload photos and you also want to upload films... sounds like file hosting, and it looks to me like you'd rather have an FTP site where you can create usernames for your friends and they can upload stuff to it... but that requires money.
I don't know if any place offers the ability for other people to post files on your account. Unless you give them your password.

Yahoo photos for photos, youtube.com for videos. I dont know of a site that does both, well.
