jeezus what a load of misery guts! Some of you sound like you're 80 not 40! And probably even 80 year olds will be more sprightly! I turned 40 this year - yes I was apprehensive and slightly depressed yet I feel more confident and attractive. I do kickboxing and running, taking more care over my appearance and trying to be positive. Women don't necessarily have health problems the moment they turn 40, it's more psychological than anything else! Oh, there is one thing that pisses me off though - I STILL get spots! :-(

That really won't happen unless you take care of your body the way you are supposed while your young. You cant eat junk all the time and have soda and expect to be healthy as an ox once you hit 40

Rubbish... If you don't take care of yourself, you're going to have problems long before 40.

I'm 45 and I'm in better shape, health and fitness wise than at least half of you young spuds here lol.
