you would think in all the time he has been in office just once he would veto something .ON 9-11 he was suppose to read to some kids and look what happened .he never reads his briefs instead he has meetings .this sounds like a few people i have met who could not read but still earned great incomes . i do subcontrating work and am semi retired but for years i would toss in something stupid like if payment is not recieved on time then you must remitt your wife as payment .SOME GUYS busted me big on this but over the years a couple just signed on the dotted line .THEY never looked at a menue or if they did pointed to the picture of the food they wanted.bush does not read and he points alot .

He does not seem like he can does he? He does not really seem like he should have gone to Yale seriously. I do not know if the many can read. He cannot do much. He cannot speak well has some speech problems. Hey I am not perfect and as you can tell I cannot spell. But I am not president. He is not good at repeating what they say in his ear. He is really pathetic and makes for a good sound bite. He makes really funny faces that make for really great photos. It is funny, but embarrassing and sad for our country. I feel cursing is the least of his problems. He is a national embarasment. We have lost so many lives under his administration with 911, Katrina and the wars. I just wish he could be a better president. He tells us to forget and move on. I just want him to do better for our country and hope we will lose fewer lives. It is really nice the way we are evacuating the middle east right now, but why did we not do that for new orleans? They had an ocean near them also. Ships were turned away. Why could we not take them out and move them to other states. My state is far away from new orleans and we took tons of people. Why could then just not evacuate people by boat then? There is no reason they had to suffer like that.
I really wish Bush could be better.

As to your original question. I do not know if the man can read. I do think he needs speach therapy and perhaps he does need to learn to read also. There is no shame in being illerterate. It is never too late, but someone should become literate and learn to speak before becomming president. He really looked bad on 911. I know that day you are speaking of. His secret service looked so much smarter. They are smart, but they should not have an IQ 100 pts higher than the president really. It just is not right.

Seriously I do not know if Mr. Bush can read. I know his dad can. I know his wife Laura can. His daughters probably can. His brother probably can, but him. I am just not sure. There is a chance he cannot read much. I think he can probably reall a little like a stop sign or something small. He can probably read that a milk carton says milk or something small like that, but not a book. Not even a little childrens book.

Technically, he's a functional illiterate with an IQ of about 96 whose brain is burned out from all the coke he snorted. He's a moron who hasn't got sense enough to come in out of the rain unless Cheney or Rove tell him to. He's a complete and total fool who has made the country the laughingstock of the world. In addition to not being able to read, he is probably the worst speaker I've ever heard and his mispronounced words and mangled syntax have given comedians enough material to last a lifetime.
