This trend is draining the legal system and destroying the lives of men who simply asked her out for a lunch or coffee.

Well I think it depends alot on the approach of the guy. If you ask a woman out to lunch or coffee I don't see how that is sexual harassment unless the guy is being really creepy like stalking her or keeping after her after she says no. I admit there are some women that will cry foul to get attention or something. But a majority of us just trust our intuition. If we don't feel right about it then we have every right to get upset. I've never cried sexual harassment though there have been times a couple of guys have creeped me out. I just keep my distance and they get the hint and back off.

Another part of your question should be; Why do women advertise if they are not wanting or expecting advances from men? Skin tight slacks and tops which are very revelaing is just another form of saying/showing what they have to offer. Slacks which are cut well below the belly button and tops which show more bosom than they cover does not bring visions of innocence to normal mens heads. Women dress like sexual objects and parade themselves in public very suggestively. Then when a man makes some remark alluding to the fact that they look very nice it is "Sexual Harrassement". I think that it is more harrasement on the part of the women. Parade, bend, bow and show everything they have and try to incite a man to speak, touch or feel so they can yell "Sexual Harrassement". Plopping their but on my desk and crossing their legs while wearing a mini skirt is definately a form of sexual harrassament. However, me being the man is then guilty if I make any comments. I am sure you girls are just waiting to answer this. Please wear appropriate clothes when you do. It just could be that my computer has eyes.

How do you know that women nationwide claim "sexual harassment" when it isn't so... please back this up with factual information. I'm certain it has happened on occasion, but I'm willing to bet the majority of women who claim being sexually harassed are telling the truth. Why would anyone want to go through such ridicule and humiliation. There are serious consequences for such accusations. Also, what sort of horrible act would a man have to do to a woman, for that woman to make such a hateful, false claim against him? A woman would not accuse a man of sexual harassment because he simply asked her to lunch... not even if he annoyed her by asking more than once. He would have to do something to make her fell unsafe or threatened.

The problem is not women that cry " sexual harassment" it is the women that cry " wolf" and get away with it. our legal system doesn't punish "wolf criers" harshly enough. If you bring a frivolous lawsuit in the U.K. you pay the price. If the judge finds that you bring a suit against someone and your accusations are proved false. You are the one that gets fined and possible jail time. If this were the case in the U.S. sexual harassment suits would drop 50% or more.

I know what you mean there are women I worked with that acted like catty high school girls and were constantly trying to get men in trouble for sexual harassment when t here wasn't anything going on. I don't take offense to your question because I understand where you are coming from. I also have seen where men have been sexually harassed and they are not taken seriously.

I admit that there are abuses. But even reading some of the horribly insulting questions that are asked here regarding women, we still have a long way to go. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I hear you bro it has gotten to where you have watch what you say around people at work. All it takes is for the woman to say she felt harassed and the guy is automatically guilty, companies would rather fire you than try to get both sides. Been there, and it sucks rocks!

Because they know there is an over abundance of lawyers in the world, and they know they can get away with it. They are prostitutes to the legal system, and they think the world revolves around them.

i guess some women take it over board but there is something that is different about sexual harrasment compred to someone constantly being in your face with the same thing after a woman or women have said no

Obviously she wasn't interested, and he didn't take the hint.

I see that your avatar is dark complected, and I have had many black men hit on me, and none of them ever get the hint..or the blatant "no" for that matter. Based on your other questions, it seems as if you have a serious problem with leaving females alone.
