What? Are you asking if it's dangerous to self-medicate? If so, yes. It's dangerous. There are a lot of variables to health. You don't know what's causing the symptoms, it could be serious, and if you self-medicate, you're covering the symptoms that a doctor needs to see to diagnose you properly.

If you do not know what you are doing, it could be. If you re talking about taking supplements to maintain your health, I really don't see a problem with that, so long as it is in moderation.

yeah, it is, if you don't know what you're doing. sometimes it's really bad even if you do know what you're doing. all the psychaitrists, they're always a little... what's the word... wacky, and that's a result of self medication

if the illness is not serious you can have a self medication. but if it serious i think you must consult a doctor.
