I'm rather old and new to a computer. I pay a neighbor 20.00 every time time he comes over to teach me more on the net. he is only 12. Us older people can understand kids better. This boy just hung up ads and got lots of calls.

"tutor" some younger kids. When I was a teenager, I helped some elementry school kids with their homework - a lot parent's just don't have the time. I used to make $13 an hour, but that was when I was in high school.

Or babysit.

"house sit" while neighbors go on vacation (go to their house once or twice a day and get their mail, water the plants, feed the pets, etc.)

You can be your own boss! Start a business to mow lawns (find out how much others charge and then discount a couple of dollars to get started). You can print up flyers you make up on your computer and pass them around your neighborhood (don't put in mail boxes, put on their door step).

Pet/house sit for people going on vacation. You need to be responsible and properly care for animals and the home. Maybe start with someone you know well and then build references.

Get a paper route...or start a lawn mowing business. I've known thsoe two things to be very successful for that age group...

Well, that's pretty young and it'll well be hard to get a good job, but you could try...if you live by a farm, farms could always use good help. um, you could try asking older family members if they could use any help with anything from gardening to secratarial work at thier job.
