we have 2 computers in our house but the internet doesnt work on one it just says page cannot be displayed EVERYTIME! what is wrong with it?

1. you either need to plug in the phone cord or
2.there is something going on with the software and
3.it can be the settings on your computer or software.
after you trouble shoot call you isp/ Internet service provider, try trouble shooting it yourself at first then call them and tell them whats up. also mention that you tried troubleshooting.

It sounds to me that the internet connection information may need to be redone. Try deleting the connection and starting a new connection, just make sure you have all the information u need from it before you delete it.

you might need to install the software your internet service provider gave you. Or your cpu is not getting the connection.
