You will definitely miss out on some things, but there is a lot to do there. Many of the rides are slow, "look at things" kinds of rides. You could check out their website to learn more about the kinds of things you could do.
Beyond the rides, you should be concerned about all the walking and standing in lines. You didn't say how far along you are, so if you are feeling good and aren't carrying a lot of baby weight, you may be fine. But if you are starting to get up into that heavy belly stage, you may wind up missing out because you don't want to stand and wait. Some rides have an hour wait!
A solution might be to get a wheelchair there. You can rent one for about $15 for the day. You might need to get a doctor's note about how it would be bad for you to be on your feet for 10 hours. But then you can rest if you need to and not hold up your group. An extra bonus is that often you can speed ahead in the wheelchair line and your whole group won't have to wait as long! Also, bring some water in with you. It is hard to stay hydrated on their nasty tasting fountain water and $3 water bottles!
You may have a slow time of it, but you will still be able to have fun. Don't think it will be a waste. Just keep your attitude positive. I went to JazzFest in NewOrleans 8 months along and made it just fine!

I went to Six Flags while pregnant. It was fun going and seeing the attractions, but that was all I could do. You could go to one of those 3D adventure things where it's a movie on a screen, but you can't even have moving seats. It's been a long time since I was at Disneyland, so I don't remember what attractions are there.

I believe that at the start of all rides there is a sign that says if you are pregnant, have heart problems etc then do not ride the ride...Come on its just a little common sense...And there are other things you can do...Just be creative..
Have fun!!

You can still have fun! There's plenty of shows and stuff. You obviously wouldn't be able to ride most of the roller coasters and stuff like that, but you can do rides like the train, ferris wheel, boats, and more. Also look into the shows and stuff, they can be a lot of fun and most of them are free!
I hope you have fun!!!

If you're planning to go on rides, I suggest you stay home for the good of you and your baby's health.
