i have to have my splits

It is very normal to be nervous. You can try some calming techniques like deep breathing or meditating. If you have to, just imagine that your practicing in your living room or in the gym, with no one else there. Practically everyone I know is nervous when they have to do something like that, unless they've been in front of crowds performing like, they're whole life. So don't sweat it, you'll do great!
