Pure ethanol and most oils are miscible. That is they are completely soluble in each other. If you used very dry alcohol, you would form a uniform solution. If the alcohol were wet (say 50% water) you would probably end up with something aproaching salad dressing.

it depends on the oil

you would either get a stable mixture of oil and alcohol

or

some oily alcohol and some alcoholy oil

probably not much.... you'd probably ruin both the ethanol and the oil

WOW........i just did some calculations ...wow...I FIGURED you would get like 110mpg in a HUMVEE. But do not tell anyone or the OIL companys would kill you....
