pc to pc call problem?

my friend and I have the same version of messenger,we both checK the mic. and sound ,it's ok.but when we call each other ,a meessege says that no sound detected from my friend's computer plz. help(HOW CAN CALL TO MY FRIEND'S COMPUTER IN THIS CASE)

my friend can record his voice in sound recorder,it means that there is no problem with the driver.

I think that your friend's computer has problem with the sound card or the driver. For simply doing, you should try to re-install the sound card driver from the original CD or download from the internet.

That should solve the problem
