use the Nike Free 5.0. They are very light and flexible and not very substantial. They are meant to let the foot do what it wants to do, as if it's barefoot. In my opinion of lot of foot/leg problems are caused by shoes that prevent the foot from behaving naturally.

If you use these, you need to walk around in them for a couple of weeks, especially if you're used to running in other shoes. Then you need to build up slowly in running speed and time. I guess this will require greatly reducing your running time for a while, since you probably shouldn't use other shoes.
