We haven't talked in so long, she doesn't live close by anymore. What should I do? I know she is alive and well.

Obviously if you had her email, then you wouldn't be asking this question (see above answerer - pretty dumb)
Anyways, I think you should try to find another relative, cousins, boyfriend, friend, family, whatever, that would be likely to keep close contact with her, and look them up- find like 10 good leads, and just look them up and contact them at your earlist conveiniece and then ask them about her, most likely they will be happy to give you her correct number, etc. Phone is the most widely used form of communication so aim for a phone number, don't just give in to an address or email.

Ask someone that lives by her to check up on her. Write a letter, text message her, e-mail.

Write to her and keep the letter light telling her you miss her and write about the things that have happened in your life since you last spoke then ask her to please write or ring you as you do love her and are missing her
