Probably Saul Bass is my favorite, although also fond of Seymour Chwast , Neville Brody and many others.

David Byrne. Byrne is the former leader of Talking Heads, who has an amazing solo carrer as a singer/songwriter, but he also does a lot of photography, photshop work and is one of the first artists to embrace Power Point as an art form (it stated as a joke but he began to like it). He has a wonderful sense of humor about him. Check out some of his books, my favorites are Your Action World: Winners are Losers, With a New Attitude, and Strange Ritual. The guy is probably the smartest man in the world. He has a new book out that features his "tree" drawings, I cant wait to get it.
