A man is walking his dog. It is not walking in front of him, behind him, to one side of him, above him or below him, yet he has a lead on it - where is the dog?

jekidslo got it right. I'm the same person logged in with diff. name since Q limit reached. It's the other side lol. Note the "one side of him" part.

I was trying to make it clear he was still walking the dog normally in real life lol.

sounds like one of those leashes that you can see in the movie "In the Garden of Good and Evil." We have lots of folks who like the idea of walking the dog----both with yoyos and by being yoyos. :-)
