Ok, I have this desire to slow dance in the warm rain of a thunderstorm.... romantic, or wierd?

That is sooooooo romantic. (just as long as the girl isn't wearing mascara, has her hair done or is wearing her nicest dress)
Thunderstorms have so much energy raging that smells and sences are hightened. Slow dancing is intiment but not sexual so most girls would appriciate it. Besides...rain makes the air smell nice and clean. Very romantic

Romantic- but don't try it with someone you've just met. Make sure the timing is right with her and not just with the rain and thunderstorm and music.

Romantic, and really cool, but only for a little while. Only until she gets wet through and starts complaining and being miserable.
Like many romantic ideas, it is probably best left in the imagination. The reality would probably not measure up to the fantasy. (I am female, but keep it secret).

I would think it's romantic. But every woman is not the same. Dumb women or unexperienced women might think it's weird but women that have been in love before might think it's romantic

Weird! If you are doing it alone. Romantic, if you are with you girlfriend. When I was little I dreamed of this happening, and I don't think I am alone. Your girlfriend must be very lucky!
