Are you talking about colors in Los Angeles? That's the only place I know where colored SCARVES mean ANYTHING! Red is for the Bloods and Blue is for the Crips, two L.A. gangs whose use the colors to distinguish between them. Basically, if you go there and you walk around in those colors, you're safe unless you're black...then you'll probably be in trouble....because those are black gangs. They know whites wouldn't be in the gang so it's aight for them.

I think (but could be wrong) that when you wear a certain kind of bandana color blue or red it is supposed to represent the Krips and the Bloods (gangs). ????????
