I think that there would be a theoretical chance that pregnancy could happen. The semen would have to be pretty thick though. As a woman, I think I would probably notice something like that on my toilet paper. But sperm can live in warm, moist environments for days. They don't die when they hit oxygen. So if a woman used that mushy toilet paper (Yuk!), she could potentially get pregnant. Slim chance, yes. But impossible, no.

I would have to say yes, it could happen. Like smokeyjoe and reatta67 point out-sperm don't just "die" when they hit the air, and toilet paper won't kill them instantly. I live in phoenix AZ and there are a lot of days ( and nights ) that are 98.6 degrees and it would be ignorant to dismiss the fact that it is very possible to become pregnant in this way ( but it would take a very ignorant woman to use soiled paper in the first place ) and the chance of the toilet seat myth would be more likely.

No. The semen would be absorbed in the paper and die due to contact with the air. Besides how is the man getting into the women's public restroom and what would be the point in this?

no the only way a women can be pregnant if she has unprotected sex or if the condom broke so get on birth control and once the semen is on the toliet paper it basically dies and cannot fertilze an egg

I've heard of this before and am happy to day that it's an urban myth. semen must have moisture in order to survive, and tp would eliminate that moisture. There are many urban myths that are very similar to this.

I am a nurse and i say YES.B/c it takes several hours for those little "tad poles" to die. I would be worried about HIV since it can live on inanimate objects for up to 30 days.
