explain to me why the icb accepts nations,that obviously know little and care little about cricket, i understand that expats try to spread the game say in america, but the expats are the only ones playing and they are rubbish,would cricket be better if we kept it to the commonwealth?

maybe they should just spend more time promoting the sport in order to raise interest in other countries....I've always been interested in cricket...but I never hear anything about it.
