The US and Isreal hold similar religious principles and the belief systems our founded on the same roots. Not to mention that the Jews have never conspired to murder American citizens...thats a pretty reason.

I do not think that most Americans hate Arabs. Just travel to New York and you'll see Arabs living side-by-side with Whites, Blacks, Asians, Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, etc. There presently may be some negative stereotypes of Arabs in the U.S., but only because people are scared of being blown up by Islamic terrorists. Israel happens to share those same concerns, so naturally the two countries make good allies.

I don't hate Arabs, but I do hold a negative stereo-type, ever since I saw Crash (Which Ironically was about how stupid and pointless racism and stereo types are.) I always expect Arabs to be stubborn and stupid. I'm sorry that's just the way it is.

I have been proven wrong about 99% of the times I have actually met an Arab, in fact most of them that I have met even had flawless English no accent at all. Which trips me out to this day.

It's because the government can make more money by having an enemy in the middle east, than a friend on the same planet.

Americans don't hate Arabs, but we do hate terrorism. I don't think we would be so "biased" about Israel if they didn't give the Gaza Strip to the Palestinians when they wanted it, only to get shot at from the same strip. Or maybe, if the Iranian president didn't say that the Holocaust never happened, and Israel (and all Jews) should be wiped off the map completely. Or if Hezbollah hadn't dug a trench under the border, killed two Israeli guards, and taken a third hostage, taking him from Gaza to Lebanon, then planning on taking him to Iran or Syria (both very openly racist countries against Israel). Darn, why should we be biased anyways.

the media, and propoganda because the government decided to go to war with them, they are all of the sudden evil, back during ww2 it was asians that americans hated, now we want resources that are in the arab region so the media needs to paint a bad picture of those people and make average americans think they are backwords and evil so that we will support their cause. of course critical thinking people see though all that and respect their culture as their own and not judge based on what they see on t.v or read in the papers
