You have to think outside the box...
Your lines have to go beyond the confines of the dots - start at the top left, and go down, beyond the end of the row. Then make an acute angle to go through the one on the bottom (middle one) and the far right dot in the middle row and continue until you are aligned with the top row and go left to the dot you started with. the last line goes diagonally from the top left to the bottom right, intersecting those three dots.
Hopefully this helps, but it is hard without drawing it for you!

This is a classic problem - four CONNECTING lines right? Can't easily draw it for you here, but you have to draw your lines outside the 3x3 boundary.
Example, draw a verticale line through the left three dots, but go further down, then draw a diag connecting it through the bottom center and right edge, but draw it further so you can then turn left and draw a horizontal line across the top three lines, and finally a diag to the down/right for the last two. something like this (showing first three lines):
1
+ 3 + 3 + 3 + 2
1 2
+ +
1 2
+ +
1 2

ha ha ... ok sorry, I had to have my little gloat.
Ok, so what you do is draw a diagonal line from the bottom right dot to the upper right dot. You then continue the line across the the top dots, but instead of ending the line at the far rigth hand dot, overreach the dot with you line by about another dots width, then end it. Draw the next line from where you just ended the previous line, and draw it do it goes through the middle line right dot and the bottom line middle dot. overreach that diagonal line too until it is even with the 1st column. The draw straight line up the first column.
Good job and good luck

If you asssign numbers 123 on top 456 on second and 789 on bottom row. The first line goes through 15 and 9, the second goes through 35 and 7, the fourth line goes through 2 and 4 and the last line goes through 6 and 8.

I don't know about the lines for your puzzle, but just leave out the double spacing between the lines of type to make it look more square.
My brain's not up to power to try your puzzle right now, I'll think about it.

2 diagonals and across both ways in the center. But that repeats dots, I don't know if that is allowed or not.
