Yeah they get to live. Hezbollah (or as Charlie WrangleD-NY calls them Hellabazoo)
Hezbollah is more powerful then Lebanon is, remember until recently Lebanon was controlled by Syria. Israel is actually doing Lebanon a great favor, and Lebanon knows it. Why do you think they are not screaming for international involvement?
Why do you think there is no Arab world, screaming to kill all the Jews? No one (except Syria) likes Iran. Iran is not Arab. Iran is not to be trusted and is not trusted, by anyone.
As far as the rest of the Middle East is concerned Syria and Iran could be wiped out just like Iraq. I don't see why we should pass up souch a great opprotunity.
Neddie: you have to stop smoking that stuff, you have completely lost your mind. Go hug a tree or something, your an old lady, is it not about time you grew up?

Don't you listen to news or anything?
Syria occupied Lebanon for a number of years until last year. Syria is a big supplier/supporter of Hezbollah.
Hezbollah makes up about 40% of the Lebanese population.
The Lebanese government is newly elected democracy but is weak and has no power.
So you shouuld be able to draw some conclusions from these facts.

Lebanonese leadership interviewed on TV stated that the 'people' and the government of Lebanon, had acknowledged the help of Hezbollah early on, and mistakenly permitted them to infiltrate society, like the evil gangs they are... They truly regret it now!

For years, it was because of Lebanese dominance by Syria, and to a considerable degree that is still true. Although Syrian military was removed from Lebanon a while back, Syria still has substantial influence in politics there. As for the Lebanese attitude toward Syrians, they despise them.

Pitifully weak governments & strong non-governmental Islamist organizations -- like Hezbollah & Hamas. This seems to be the evolving pattern in the Islamic world & my guess is that it will make the old Russo-American cold war seem like the good old days.
