The ones at the "top" of the district ar the most expensive with the most attractive employees, and the closer you get to the central train station the cheaper, older, and less european it gets. Whoever paid in francs must have been in the wrong country....Holland never used francs, but rather Guilders....A few too many drinks led them accross the border I fear??
