My choice would be Jonathan Paplebon for the Red Sox - I'm a Yankees fan so this particulary galls me, but he's a superb saver

Brandon Roy is the all around package right now....he can shoot, pass, and rebound.

Adam Morrison will be better next year, and 5 years from now Randy Foye will be a beast.

For now, Roy is ROY though.

AL will be either Verlander/Liriano/Papelbon. (I would say the smart money is on Liriano)

NL could be Andre Ethier, or possibly Hanley Ramirez.
