very sad i think looking at a computer for friendship.

Maybe some just use it as a make believe world,you know to get away from reality for awhile,and if others are doin the same thing,why not have friends in all places you play???Good luck God bless:O)

Well online friendship is totally different from in-person friendships. Sometimes people can find it easier to type to a stranger and tell their secrets; thinking that some type of friendship has develop. It's really not in the same category.

The problem with it is people like you. There aren't a lot of people I get along with and the computer is perfect. I don't have to spend money on gas or worry about putting myself in danger cause my "friend" is just comforting words on the screen. And you are "just" a JERK!!!!!

whats the definition of good friend for u ??
he is someone that helps u stand by u ,,,take care of u ,,, likes u ,,, never lie or cheat on u ,,right ?? it doesn't matter where u meet this kind of people ,, what matters is to find them...
also ,, sometimes people need to talk & need a friend who can listen & help ... if u hadn't go through one of those times then good for u ,,, but some of us did !!! its better to talk with strangers than talking to urself ...

Well, they arent true friends, being that they havent met face to face, but they are still ppl who you can talk to, give you a laugh, its just for kicks anyway....

I have real friends here.. so many "real" people here, you just have to find them and win them and deserve them.
