This begs a few questions:
1.) Are humans the only entities capable of logic?
Yes: Then logical sense does not exist without humanity.
No: Then logical sense can exist without humanity.
2.) Are we talking about logical sense, or sensory perception? Perception is traditionally assumed to be intrinsicly related to consciousness, but animals have the ability to percieve as well. So in this event, there would be senses without humanity, but probably not without life entirely.

Science is merely finding out how the world works. So anyone or anything who finds out how the world works and puts that knowledge to use is a scientist. When a hummingbird discovers that certain flowers contain nectar for it to drink, but others don't, it is a scientist. When an orangutan discovers that it can stick a twig into an ants nest to gather ants to eat, it is a scientist. So humans are not required for science to exist, we are only required to give it the name "science".

This smells like an "if a tree falls in the woods" kind of question to me. I'd say that without humans, this question wouldn't exist, the need to explain things as we do wouldn't exist, and in essence neither would science as we understand it.

Not unless there are aliens. Science is the sum total of human knowlege, so without us to know it, it doesn't exist. That doesn't mean that all the things science knows about don't exist, just the science.

sense? as in common sense or sents as in smell?
Well yes, sense would still be here, there just wouldn't be any people to do anything with it..
Gravity was what gravity was and did what gravity did.. LONG before Newton discovered it.
Sents? Yeah, I think so - the animals will always smell.
Or did you mean cents as in a penny?
No I think they'd all be in wishing wells..
