Do crunches or situps for you stomach 100 times a day or 3 times a week, it really does burn up the fat in your belly and makes you abs look hot. For the boob part sorry I dont know about that one. Why lose them anyway?

You can do as many sit-ups and crunches as you want, but if you want to really lose the fat all together, you are going to have to do some cardiovascular exercises as well, otherwise, the fat will still be hanging around. I suggest throwing in a couple runs a week including your stomach crunches etc.

Male push-ups. Believe me, I'm a gymnast and barely have a chest & a 4 pack. But U have to have Ur back straight, so when U go down U parallel to the floor. Ok Have Fun ; )

Hello, I know this gurl that used to work at my dads work and she mopped all day for about 2 weeks and dropped 2 pant sizes and 1 cup size ... I hope you loose the weight and boobs you dont want. and dont listen to the person that said learn how to spell. that person is dumbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
p.s. get an ab lounger it works like a charm i promise!!!!!

um crunches and situps for stomach, to like tone it..and just lose weight for your boobs my mom told me if i lost ten lbs i would most likely drop a cup size in my bra.not sure though.

There's just no way to spot burn fat--only to tone and strengthen muscle. To lose fat eat less and exercise (aerobic please). To tone do crunches and things of that nature.
