Small claims court, it won't cost you much, most likely less than $100 to file a suit. They will be forced to go to court, if they don't a judgement will be levied against them. You can then have the court apply a lien on the company's property.

p.s., don't worry about the bad spelling.

Contact your local office of the Wage and Labor Commission and file a claim. No cost, they will do the pursuing for you. In the meantime I don't think you should continue working for the company, find another site and move on.

You need to keep a work diary. Write down what days you work, and how long for, and try and get your employer to sign it if you can. That will give you evidence if they don't want to pay you.
If you are in the UK, get some advice from the citizens advice bureau (I don't know if there is something similar if you live outside of the UK)
Find your local one her: http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/index/getadvice.htm#txt_getadvice_header-Anchor-search

Congratulations, I have taken it upon myself to award you with today's worst spelt question. Unfortunately, I do not have the mandate to award you any points. But then again, you don't get paid, so not getting any points won't bother you much!

Do you realize how bad your spelling is?
Do you have any clue?

No wonder they haven't paid you. They probably can't understand a damn thing you tell them.

Please pay more attention in school, kid.
