that is not a healthy weight loss in a 4 week time frame. You should eat right, drink a lot of water and exercise. You want to only lose 1-2 lbs a week (tops) If you start this, you will feel better, and be more satisfied with your self.

I'm tryin the same thing,
i do the following:
eat lot of salad,
drink a lot of water
exorcise
stay away from junk food !!

It's only healthy to lose about 1lb a week. Don't try to do anything crazy.
