where do i find my javascript setting?

because i can't open the video in youtube.com. the error said either your javascript is off or a old version of macromedia flash player. but in the fast few days i can saw the vieo in the youtube.com

Javascript setting depends on your browser. In Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Content. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> something or other...... Unless you turned it off, it should still be on. Try going to www.adobe.com and downloading the newest Flash player.
