Ex and I broke it off last week and he agreed to go back to home state with his two daughters. I explained the apartment we shared was paid up until the 31st but he said he was quitting his job anyways and going back this past wednesday. While here I brought a car in my name and I agreed to keep the car and I would make the payments. He moved my things out because I moved back with my parants with my son. Well the problem is he is having trouble renting a car to drive back. I'm not going to do it because I did so much already and he kinda already put me in a bind reason I moved back home. Well now he is also at my parents house with his two children and I have no idea when he is leaving. He doesn't have enough money to fly with two children, but I want him gone. Any advice that doesn't include me paying for anything.

The mother of his children put a freeze on all bank accounts for child support but the children are with him for the summer in Cali and she is in CO.

Tell him to get the hell out! It is NOT your responsibility to see that he has things figured out, that or make him pay rent, and for god's sake do NOT let him borrow your car! tell him to call his own parents for hand outs, and leave yours out of it! And isn't that convenient that he doesn't have a job but is letting your parents and you fit the bill! WAKE up sister!

Tell him he shouldve thought about that before he quit his job! He sounds like he is very irresponsible, and taking advantage of you! Call the childrens mother, and see if the kids can stay with her for a bit, and drop him!
