Whatever makes you think it is dangerous to exercise when it is 99 degrees? I live in the tropics and it is reaches 99o here most days for over 5 months of the year.
Do you think people here just don't do any exercise for 5 months at a time? Of course not. We live and play in those temperatures , in full sunlight, even in the middle of the day. I regularly run 5 miles or more in temperatures exceeding 99o.
It isn't in any way dangerous so long as you are sensible. Humans evolved in the tropicel savannahs of Africa. We are adapted to those conditions, we thrive in them. Such temperatures are far less dangerous than cold temperatures which humans did not evolve to cope with.
Far more people die of hypothermia while exercising than have ever died of hyperthermia.

I'm not sure why you say 99 degrees exactly, but exercising is dangerous in the heat, especially when the humidity is high. The problem comes from heat exhaustion or dehydration. Exercising in the heat can be accomplished by doing it in the early morning or late evening. Make sure to drink plenty of water and don't over do it.

Uh, your body might go overboard and the body temperature might not be where it is comfortable.
It is EXACTLY like what happens to your car, if the engine overheats or you don't have enough water.
You do know that if your body temperature goes above a 100F, it is VERY dangerous. By the time you reach 110F, you will be dead.
So DON't try to exercise when the temperature is 99F.

The body may not be able to cool itself well enough and can lead to heat stroke.A healthy person can continue to exercise in that heat if fluids are plentiful but caution is advised.

It is more strain on oyur muscles and they get very dehydrated. If you do excercice drink lots and lots of fluid and give your self tiem to recoup afterwards, you will propab;e feel doubly as tired as you normally do

Yes and no. Yes if you don't drink plenty of water, and go inside when you get overheted. No if you keep yourself hydrated with plenty of water and go inside once in a while
