Usually that will be caused by a firewall, or you are behind a proxy that does not allow remote activated javascripts. You will need to go to www.java.com and download the latest java, install it and turn off all firewall. If all that does not work, make sure your proxy is not affecting you. If you are at work well, then it may be blocked by your admin. Hope that helps. Good luck.

Maybe you need to reformat your system or its yahoo always having problems as usual.
