I love cheese! My favorite cheese is sharp cheddar for snacking, but for grilled sandwiches I like Swiss. And fresh mozzarella and fresh tomato and basil with a sprinkle of olive oil is really good!

I love freshly shaves Parmasean on my spaghetti and even sprinkled on pizza! For sandwiches I love provolone!
