how do I use a TENS machine when I am in labour?

Don't let your husband/partner/other operate it! I let my husband turn mine up and I nearly shot through the ceiling lol It's not really a terribly effective pain relief agent but it does give you something else to think about. Good luck and have fun with your new baby!

you put it on your back put as said in last post speak to your Dr before use
