James Patterson wrote a book titled "Jack and Jill". It's a book in his Detective Alex Cross series. Don't worry about reading any of the other books in the series to understand this one. The rhyme itself is not in the book, but the titles does suit the book perfectly. There are two killers in the book that have named themselves Jack and Jill.
