I respect your answer very much but am dissapointed that maybe you don't look at both sides.I also think that you can't compare giving up New Jersey to what israel have given up.Your claim on that land may be debated from the time it was taken forcibly from Native Americans, whereas Israels claim goes back to biblical times and beyond.

Yes definitely if only by the fact that the US will back the whatever they do so they think they can get away with murder.
Lebanon has nothing to do with Hezbollah and if Israel wants to get rid of Hezbollah then if would have attacked Syria.
Further more I think it was pretty cowerdly on their part to attack a country that cannot defend itself rather than the real culprit which would have been a real danger to them.: Syria.

You've asked a good question. I don't think that the actions of Israel against the Hezbollah terrorist group is murder...revenge, maybe...defense of their country, probably. We would have to be ignorant to think that a government could eliminate an organization that is based on terror and killing without using a violence. Hezbollah is evil. Israel is God's chosen people. In the old Testament, chapter after chapter, tells of God helping Israel overcome their enemies.

After what I have seen Israel give up in the last 20 yrs. I ask myself as an American would I give up New jersey to a foreign government? then have to give up a piece of Pennsylvania? then have someone tell me that the great Depression never happened, and have them kidnap my neighbors children and and tell me that they won't be happy until me and all of my family are dead. I think I would do a lot more than Israel. God Bless Israel/ and all her people. and I'm a German/American!

Defending yourself is not murder. Get your facts straight. Murder is what happens when you detonate a bomb on a crowded bus. Trying to stop that person by shooting and killing them is self-defense. I don't need the media to be able to understand this simple thing.
