An objective POV. (or neutral POV)

There are no unbiased human points of view, but the term you probably want is 'objective'.

The converse of 'objective' is 'subjective'.

Some philosophers also distinguish a third position: 'intersubjective'.

A subjective p.o.v. is an individual's p.o.v.

An intersubjective p.o.v. is a group's p.o.v.

An objective p.o.v. would be God's p.o.v., or, as -.- said , "the view from nowhere'' - if you are an atheist.

It's important to be aware that 'subjective' and 'objective' also each have another meaning in philosophy. These are when they are used in a theory about the nature of something rather than a p.o.v.

For example, it might be claimed either that X has an objective nature (meaning the thing exists independently of our concept of it), or is subjective in nature (meaning the thing exists only in our concept of it).
