Look on the web for the airlines who may be hiring and they will give you their list of qualifications. Start with a smaller airline as they may have a better chance of hiring right now. Most of the majors have laid off flight attendants (as they are referred to now) and are in the process of recalling the furloughed people before they hire new ones.

bilinguality helps- weight height- ability to stay calm-really, you're a waitress in the air...I was hired to be one "back in the day" and then the airline went defunct...
