Try hydrocortisone. If it doesn't get better, go see a doctor.

Do you have pet? It is a possible fungus or it could me poison oak. Try an anti-fungal cream for the fungus or calamine lotion for poison oak. Have you been outside?

Probably scabie.L ook up the symptoms...
