I once went several days without any fluids, let me tell you your body gets pretty desperate. By the time the IV was available, two family members (in the health profession) were arguing who should have to give it to me... I was about to rip it from their hands and start randomly jabbing into my flesh so I would stop the pounding death from chasing me.
I say dehydration or possibly exsangiunation (loosing all blood).
I know everyone says fire, but if you breath really deep you could die fairly quickly to end it. Ditto for drowning. Crushing would either get you by a blunt trauma to the dead, shock or blood loss. Not fun, but not days and days and days of panic either.
That's my two bits.

i fall down the stairs break my legs and nobody around i can't move and then an earth quake happens the building fall down on me and i get trapped under it not dead yet and then a fire start near me and then the fire reach me very slowly
